Advanced Business Acquisitions wants to share some little known facts about the firm.
1. We love to help charity. Over the past few years we have raised thousands of dollars for a charity near and dear to our hearts, Operation Smile. We have helped support medical missions around the globe and will continue to help raising money for children in need.
2. We love team events. Each Thursday, Advanced Business Acquisitions gets together as a team at a local restaurant or bar. We even call them 'team night'. Some of our favorite spots are Dave & Busters, 4th Street Pizza, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
3. We love promotions! Our goal is to have a least four promotions a month from the entry level position to the Account Management role. Our business is all about promotion and moving forward.
4. We love sports! Whether we are cheering on the Golden State Warriors at a local bar, going to a Giants game as an office, or playing local intramural leagues, Advanced Business Acquisitions is all about athletics.
5. Every person in our office started at the entry level. From the newest member starting last week to the management team of over ten years, every person has learned our business from the ground up.
6. There are significant opportunities to travel. We have quarterly conferences that team members are eligible to attend. Our next conference will be in Nashville to focus on training, following with a trip to Cancun in the fall to focus on rest and relaxation!
7. Morning Meetings. Each morning, the team gathers for a meeting where we recognize top performers of the firm. The meetings are also filled with motivational quotes, goals, and a positive energy.
8. We get a lot of support from our clients. Each week, we have a client visit. They provide support, share results, provide knowledge and offer additional training for staff members.
9. Fun competitions. We like to make work fun and we know everyone loves to win a prize. We run competitions every month. Some prizes include gift cards, new suits, cash, sporting tickets, dinner, and more!
10. Tremendous growth opportunities. Advanced Business Acquisitions has over 11 offices nationwide. Our goal is to open up several more by the years end.
