Sales Representative

All of our sales representatives work within a team. We provide comprehensive, hands-on sales training. Responsibilities include professional sales presentations, face to face interaction, territory management, and unparalleled professionalism.

Administration

Behind every great company is a great administrator. This position involves being the face of the company. Our administrative team boasts a high energy temperament, and genuine enjoyment interacting with people the majority of the day. They also handle all the essentials that make an office run effectively including data entry, organizing, background checks, overall task management, answering phones, etc.

Internships

Winter and summer internships are available year round. An intern has the opportunity to get all the hands on experience any other employee of the Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc. team will have, doing everything from sales to marketing research. The high performing candidates are invited for full time employment upon graduation.

Consulting

With expansion on the rise consultants oversee nationwide offices improving them where ever possible. Taking from their personal experience and thorough training they are able to travel nationwide increasing performance and market share. Management Trainee

Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc. offers an in-depth training approach with hands on experience. Each employee has the opportunity for personal growth and expansion with a strict policy for promotion from within. Employees will experience the opportunity to learn in a progressive sales and management training program while maturing true leadership. As they move up through the ranks, earning the respect of their peers, team members gain the first hand experience necessary to manage a business. With our clients‘ demanding needs, management opportunities are waiting for those individuals who complete the program and show the loyalty and commitment required of a future partner.

Account Representative

Account representatives will master the sales model and learn invaluable skills essential in any business. These skills include strengthened communication abilities, great work ethic, time management, discipline, and face to face sales presentations.

Corporate Trainer

This phase of training will teach multitasking, relationship building techniques, interviewing skills, leadership skills, and how to effectively manage a campaign and sales team. As a corporate trainer, the opportunity exists for advancement into assistant management and management with proven performance.

Assistant Manager

As an assistant manager they will now be utilized within the office. Responsibilities include overseeing, human resources, administration, interviewing, payroll, operations, client relations, campaign management, along with the entire daily on goings of running business. This training is essential to move into a management position.

Management

Depending on size of market managers are responsible for 20 -30 individuals. Responsibilities include territory management, team development, market production, training, client relations, recruitment, and day to day planning.
